I have been trying to look after myself more and put myself first, which is a big step for me. I started this journey just to learn self-calming techniques. I've tried in the past without success, but this gave me more than I expected!


I learnt skills to help me reset my mind for the week and this is gradually allowing me to implement them daily to have more control of my thoughts and allowing me to be more mindful and happier as a result.


I have also started to work on past issues as I feel more ready to face them. Learning to keep still and to be calm has helped me to relax. I have also started to learn how to control my emotions and to sleep better.


I enjoy Sunday sessions and it helps me get ready for the next week of school. I know the things I am learning can be used for years to come. Thank you!
